Procédure de réclamation
Hoch Capital Ltd (la «Société») vise à fournir à ses clients des investissements de haute qualité et des services ancillaires. La société définit une plainte comme toute objection qu'un client peut avoir à l'égard de la fourniture de tout investissement et de services ancillaires fournis par la Société, de fait la Société estime les réclamations comme une occasion de recevoir un retour de ses clients et d’apporter des améliorations à ses services. Ainsi, nous tenons à faire face rapidement à tout problème afin de permettre au client de déposer une plainte de la manière la plus commode.
Nous vous encourageons à choisir parmi les méthodes disponibles ci-dessous:

  2. Par e-mail à complaints@hochcapital.com
  3. En envoyant une lettre à l'adresse de la société.:

Dès réception de la plainte du client, la Société enverra un accusé de réception au client dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant la date à laquelle la plainte a été reçue, confirmant que la Société prendra toutes les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre la plainte, ainsi que le temps approximatif nécessaire pour le faire.

La Société enverra une réponse écrite au client dans les deux (2) semaines à compter de la date à laquelle la plainte est reçue. Si la plainte du client est reçue. Si la plainte du client n'a pas été traitée dans le délai de deux (2) semaines, la Société doit transmettre au client une réponse écrite préliminaire  pour l’informer sur le statut de leur plainte et l’informer des étapes restantes qui vont à suivre pour que la plainte soit réglée.

La Société doit s'efforcer de résoudre toutes les plaintes dans une période de huit (8) semaines à compter de la date à laquelle la plainte est reçue.
